Project Spotlight: Cali Beachy Dream

As a designer, embracing the ever-popular all-neutral palette within a project gets a little repetitive sometimes. Just hop onto social media - you’ll quickly see that neutrals are what EVERY designer does these days. That being said - It’s also not the easiest look to get right if you're not perfectly balancing textures, tones, and shapes. That is where THIS story begins!

Our client came to us with many beautiful ideas and items within her home, but it never felt quite right. She needed some help pulling it all together.

As you can see here in the “before” photo - we started with a beautiful blank palette!

We delivered.

We brought her space from no contrast, almost too perfect with all the “right” pieces and color combinations, and created a balanced, warm space that felt intimate, inviting, and effortlessly chic. Opting for a tapestry of materials and textures was key to getting the most out of this look for our client, creating a visual orgasm. Also important to achieve this look without being bland is selecting sculptural furniture and décor and introducing a medley of neutral tones and contrasts.
